    Super friendly staff with great service and wonderful food! There were so many good options we just told the waiter what type of food we liked and asked him to pick for us. We all tried new foods and loved it!

    Great family atmosphere. Amazing food and drinks. Jose is the best. I always visit here when I come back to town. Fresh, delicious food with friendly service.

    The food and drinks and prices were very good, but our server wasn't very friendly, didn't have much to say to us, and rarely checked to see if we needed anything. And the place wasn't very busy, so it was as if he just preferred to avoid us as much as he could. I don't expect to go back there.

    Awesome food. Good staff that's on top of things. A glass is never empty here. Plates are full an you will most likely need a box to take home. Price is average for Mexican food. I would eat here the next time in Norfolk for sure!

    This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Hampton roads area. It has a very authentic feel. No I'm not Latino but I grew up in southern California so I've been to my share of Mexican restaurants. That said, the people are absolutely wonderful and friendly providing outstanding service. The food is very good. Not the Mexican food that I've ever had but very good. It's also a great value for the price. The drinks are great. Definitely a good place to go for margaritas which are a good value as well. I'll also say that if you're fed up with dealing with the terrible people and service at Jessy's right down the street, Degollado's is a real breath of fresh air compared to that. I highly recommend you give them a try.
